Oh no it has mold?
So, if you are deathly afraid of mold then you probably should not own a home. So far, every mold company that I have come in contact with can find mold in nearly 100% of homes in Northeast Georgia. I can remember years ago if mold was on something, we would wipe it off and maybe sit down there and eat or continue life normally. Nowadays we have a huge template that we sent to you regarding the health risks of mold. What’s an inspection is complete on your house and you find out that there is mold or wood destroying organisms such as fungus located within your home. What do we do? It seems that it has turned into a big financial Drive for many of the mold companies.

What do we do with radon? Radon is an odorless tasteless gas that is generally evaluating in homes that have basements. Radon is usually evaluated for at least 24 to 48 hours because the levels fluctuate within that period of time. If your levels come back to high, a radon mitigation company will come in and bore a hole approximately 3 inches in diameter in your basement slab. A PVC pipe will be placed into the hole and it will contain an exhaust fan that creates a suction underneath your slab. It is then vented to the exterior above your gutter.
